Fortis Bank Polska SA is a part of the international
banking-insurance group called Fortis. This is one of the twenty biggest
financial institutions in Europe that employs about 60.000 employees in
fifty countries all over the world.

In November 2006 by the initiative of Fortis Bank Polska SA, Fortis
Foundation Polska was created. The aim of the Foundation is to help
people that are endangered by social seclusion. The Foundation actively
supports activities that aim to give equal opportunity to disadvantaged
children and youth, as well as those being brought up in difficult
conditions. In its' activities the Foundation promotes the idea of
voluntary work and encourages Bank employees to take part in it.
